1. Complete an application form online
It will only take 15 minutes or so to register. If you are applying for an advertised position, and your profile corresponds to our requirements for this position, we will contact you within three to four weeks.
Applications,specific or general, are kept for one year.
2. If pre-selected: meet with a Total recruiter
The recruiter manages the entire procedure and will be your main contact at Total E&P Canada. During a one-to-one interview lasting about an hour, you will talk about the position, your career path and your aspirations. The aim is also to give you as much information about the post and its prospects as possible.
3. Meet with Total management
You will also meet your future manager and, depending on the position, other senior managers. These interviews aim to clearly explain the position and the work environment and to answer any questions you may have on these points. Your professional development will be considered for the early years of your career.
4. You are selected !
Our recruiter will contact you with a job offer. If it is acceptable, all that is left is to sign it with the HR Director.

Our online application system enables you to leave your profile, even if there are no current positions that interest you.
